Alien Social Stigma about Health

An interesting fact, that many higher density aliens see your own health, not only as not only a self-love, self worth issues, but also as a community issue.
An example of a community issue I guess is like where you visit your male friend, and they haven't done the lawn, or you visit your female friend and there house is messy. It is almost seen as you're being disrespectful to the entire community, and to your visitors.
You may say this very sexist remark, but still a social truth that is not created by myself. Just saying that when I was married, and we have visitors, and the lawn wasn't done, they would look to me, and if the house was a mess they would look to my wife.
The actual point here is that if you let yourself get fat, or unhealthy, to many alien species they see that as being disrespectful to the community, and is shameful, because your putting a drain onto the resources of community, to have to fix you up. To the point where aliens, would try to heal themselves before seeking a healer. Like aliens would just not let themselves be seen doing anything like smoking, because of the shame, and social bad stigma involved.
Where Humans do it without any social stigma involved, which is fascinating to aliens. It's like, don't humans understand, they are causing so much trouble for everyone, for the community, by being unhealthy.
