What is Density, STS, STO?

My higher self says, a density is a physical construct within a vibrational plane of existence.
Now, all the spiritual documentation agree, on one fact, and that is we humans are in 3rd Density, and now we are in the time of ascension (the time of enlightenment), which is the movement from 3rd Density, to 4th Density, since before 2012. in which we are all moving as a human species, and Gaia (planet Earth) is moving with us.
Now 4th density is like a ghost world, as 3rd and 4th Desnity do not overlap. So a 4th crystal city, and a 3rd density city can exist at the same location at the same time without any interference. So many 4th density beings exit around humans (even walk through humans), this is why you can't see faeries, elementals and other beings, because they exist in 4th density. Note your Big foot (Sasquatch), shifts density between 3rd and 4th density also.
4th Density is like a place of magic, compared to this lower 3rd density. TreeNa (a fairy) told me where fairies exist is like a magical forest like what you see in the movie, Avatar. Also in 4th density we will all have like superhero abilities, fly, levitate, telekinesis, telepathy, et, etc, and all be very psychic.

STS, means Service to Self entity. This would fall in what we would call evil. But it is just someone that puts there own wants above others. This would include people that manipulate others to get what they want, or just have fun manipulating people.
STO, means Service to Others entity. This would fall in to the category of a Good Person. However even STO entities see that putting your own needs above others is perfectly healthy. You can't pour out of an empty cup. So fill your own cup first. However, STO entities are basically around to help others.
