Upper and Lower Astral plane is where we are in spirit, you exist in a light body, not in a physical body. That is physical body that exists in a density. So you leave the astral plane to incarnate into a density, in order to have experiences in a body. To go through lessons, and for soul growth.
In Upper Astral is heaven, where you spend thousands of years as a spoiled kid, however everyone is subjected to each other’s emotions. So you can’t really hurt anyone else, because you’re well aware of the other person’s feelings. So you don’t act like a spoiled child, as you would immediately be aware you are annoying others. So your spoiled is the way that you do not lack for anything, as you live and breathe in abundance.
Also in heaven you can just create anything you want, within reason. Imaging you create a whole house, well once you lose interest in that house, it disappears. See this as just automatic recycling.
Due the fact that all other souls feel your pain, and would help you, and that you can create anything you like, then you simply can’t go through lessons in heaven.
Moreover, in heaven, you see other souls that have incarnations and unspoiled themselves, and go through hardship in order to have soul growth. Therefore with soul growth comes expansion, and with expansion comes increased abilities.
So you see all the souls in heaven are bored with having everything, and curious about having incarnations. So from heaven you see the potential growth, from incarnating on such a low density as Earth.
