Psychic Communication from Andromeda High Council

This discussion is on psychic communication and time, by the Andromedan High Council, at 9th density. Peter connected to a group consciousness, with the nominated speaker for the group during this connection, was provided by "Tom" or “Thomas”. Channelled by Peter on 20/5/2017.
Andromedan High Council: -
- "Your psychic connections are not made at concurrent times from one linear time in one density to another linear time in another density. The other density will have a very different time structure depending upon the density you are connecting to, so determining when you connect relative to your own density, is complicated due to there being no common frame of reference from one density to the other density.
For example, you connect to the consciousness of a mountain, where time is viewed very differently, then again connecting to the consciousness of a fly. You have awareness from your 3rd Density to both 1st Density and 2nd Density, however, how these densities perceive time is quite different.
Moreover, we wish to offer, that if you’re connecting to an entity, then normally this being will be involved with your same universe, in some way, and most often (but not always), be in a galaxy seen in your own night sky. More likely the entity that you’re connecting to, will have some level of awareness of you, at that time. Therefore connecting to another galaxy you will be connecting to beings that have your earth under observation, and being that Earth (Gaia) is a seed planet many observe your planet.
Now for this connection, we sensed Peter’s willingness to connect from our group gathering, and we as a group, we also decided to connect as well. However, more accurately we actually found a time when Peter was relaxed and finished mediating and triggered Peter’s interest in making a connection with someone, and we then stepped in to connect. So as you already gathered by now, the time period which this occurs can be actually be of a vastly different time periods, between densities. You may even connect to a future (or past) incarnation if you wish, in which the future is just a perspective derived from being in your density, were your perceive time as linear, so this is where you have a common reference and can ask what year that your other incarnation is in.
So how does this occur, well it will occur when your future incarnation wishes to connect to another incarnation, from the past. So then both incarnations simply put their individual intention out there, and the rest happens automatically. Also noting one incarnation can trigger the other incarnation to connect, which is easily learnt how to do this when your more psychically aware."
