Later I have found out that this is more common then you think for light workers, to be heavily attacked by negative entities. But not everyone will, because we are all on different journeys. But if you begin this journey and are attacked, please understand that you are not a bad person, and that you are actually going really well. Don’t put fear into this either, they don’t really hurt you at all, if anything they are quite gentle, and they only want to scare you.
If negative entities can scare you, then your vibration is lowered and this allows them more access to you. This can go on and on, lowering your vibration, until the point were they can possess you. This is quite common for some people that drink alcohol, were you can't remember the night, well this is mostly because you were not fully present, because something else had taken the controls, you were either partially or fully possessed. Note that alcohol and smoking are great for lowering your vibration. So this possession is quite common.
If you want and example of your vibration being lowered quickly, then when your angry, sad, scared, or any strong negative emotion, and you shake, like shaking with anger, shaking uncontrollably with fear, etc. Then is is an example for your vibration lowering very quickly.
However, if you are attacked and you try and keep a positive outlook, even enjoy the experience as I have. Then just know that you’re finally getting physical confirmation that all this is truly going well, because your finally on the right path. Note this experience can be quite bad, especially if you let them scare you, because this gives them power over you, even will allow them to possess you. If you are not attacked by negative entities, then don’t worry because maybe it is not in your soul contract. That you don’t need this type of negativity for your soul growth, in this incarnation. You see, we are all on a different paths, spanning many life times.
